HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

Standard UK delivery, will always be shipped within 3-5 days following the placement/confirmation of your order. We ask that you allow for 14 working days before contacting us to state your order hasn't arrived. International Shipping is currently delayed 4-6 weeks due to COVID-19.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you have changed your mind, we are happy to refund you order, providing;
- You have contacted us with details of the reason for return 14 days from the date you receive the item. 

- The item is returned in its original packaging with no damage.

I HAVE AN ITEM ON PRE ORDER, WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

When you order an item on pre order, please note that it will not be sent until the items are in stock. If you have ordered other items, these will not be sent until the full order is fulfilled.

I FORGOT TO ADD MY DISCOUNT CODE WHEN CHECKING OUT?

Unfortunately once an order has been processed we are unable to add the discount code.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS?

Unfortunately, all sale and clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

HOW CAN I REDEEM REWARD POINTS?

To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into your account on our website, then click the reward launcher to open the rewards panel. Click on 'All Rewards'. Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to apply code, which will automatically apply that code to the checkout. To redeem points on variable rewards, you will need to use the points slider to select the amount of points you wish to redeem and spend. Once a customer has redeemed their points, the reward will remain in the account until you decide to use it. IMPORTANT NOTE: Points are NOT automatically returned to your account if you redeem them and do not use them!
